Flexible schedules, great TL's, casual atmosphere, a lot of company involvement. Fun place to work.

Cons

Very low wages compared to other Customer Service positions in the area, hard to advance, must work for the company for one year before transferring to other departments. High expectations for the low wages. Fast turnaround for employees because everyone leaves for higher paid positions elsewhere

In a down market, they took a chance and hired me as a newly minted college grad

Cons

I started out low balled with the pay. Stuck around for long enough to get experience in my field, but was forced to stay because of a very odd circumstance, then as I was about to leave in '08 the bottom fell out. Was forced to report to two managers, do double the work, no raise. Long story short, I wasn't able to make both happy, and was let go because of it. Best thing that happened, next job I got a 50% raise, and every manager since has given glowing reviews and recommendations. I should have left far earlier, but I literally couldn't.
