Comfortable environment. Effective training. Nice people to work with.

Cons

(in regards to the company I worked for within Alta:) The company keeps growing and as time went on, the workers were getting less and less from the job. The pay did not match up to the work load. I feel as the company grew, the employees slowly received less attention. Not much room for advancement.

Comfortable atmosphere, and your coworkers are generally friendly people.

Cons

Hard to promote up the ranks. Management positions are limited, and all of your coworkers are gunning for those positions. Team leads can be biased towards certain individuals as well, making it a lot more difficult to go anywhere in the company if they do not favor you.
