      Pros

      Excellent working environment, a true Corporate team if there were such a thing. Plenty of room to grow if your eyes and ears are open to opportunities.

      Cons

      Lacking in Employee flexibility. Once you've determined your hours you can not change them. Also, If your a minute late you will pay for it. There is a childish disciplinary system which leaves no room for excuses.
