      It has a great environment, great people, good hours.

      Bad team leaders, nasty bathroom, no food service, short lunch time.

      Pros

      The best part about Alta was their flexibility with any schedule. They always offered the hours you requested in the beginning if they could, and made it exceptionally easy to request time off in advance. I only worked during season for the company but it was fun none the less. We had a lot of overtime opportunity and management interacts with it's staff in numerous fun and exciting ways including parties, prize drawings, and fun holiday decorating contests. If you get the chance to work for ALTA even just for a few months, consider yourself lucky.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of, and it didn't apply to me, was that some Team Leaders were just terrible people, and made working under them a nightmare. Truly though, my Team Leader was awesome and helped me whenever there was any sort of issue.
