      They do not discriminate.. That is always a good thing. My team leader was Very nice, professional and very understanding

      HR is a MESS! You can never ever talk to anyone on the phone, even if its an Emergency. When you call in from CA you get the Phillaphines

      Flexible schedule, holidays off, predictable schedule.

      Cons

      Pay is low, very difficult to save for any kind of a future and the thought of advancement is a joke. Management is very resistant to change and employees are disposable. Day to day life is incredibly monotonous. If you are looking for an "exciting" job, this is not it. If you are applying online, be aware that walk in interviews are welcome; and that "off the street" will be the quality of many of your coworkers.
