Pros
Same limited amount of work all day, everyday. If you're someone who wants to do the same thing day in and day out, while spending at least half of your day doing absolutely nothing and having no opportunity to advance, than this is perfect for you.
Cons
This job is for high school and college kids, or for someone who has little to no professional work experience, and doesn't want to gain any. It is basically like working at Wal-Mart but in an office setting. They claim to have a business-casual dress code, and if slippers, sweats, and a sweatshirt are considered business-casual, then I guess they're right. There is ZERO communication between leaders and employees, as well as none between different departments. The position should be called "online customer support" because in no way shape or form do you work with social media platforms. The entire job pertains to responding to people who write on the Facebook pages of certain big brands, that is it. You'll be told to bring a book to work, because that's how bored you'll be a majority of the time. Finally, I found out right before I left that they were charging me on each paycheck for the benefits/401K program that I DID NOT sign up for, and told me that there was nothing they could do to fix it. The most unproductive and unprofessional work environment I have ever been in.
