Company goes through frequesnt staffing level changes, but always had another role I could apply to and get transferred immediately with no wage loss or gap in employment.

Cons

General incompetence on the managerial side of things. Inconsistent messaging from management. Poor/non existant training

Work from home after 90 days. I’ve worked here since April 2022 and I’ve been a work from home employee since August 2022

Cons

Case loads can get overbearing, it can all be very confusing at first. You learn more in the floor than you do in your training.
