Pros

You have a lot of spare time to do anything you wish. Bring your homework, read a book a day, use internet for any reason possible.

Cons

Management is very poor at training yet expects top notch memorization on information they failed to release. If you don't fit in the click, you won't fit in here. Pay raise once a year, if you're lucky. Company will hire nearly anyone. Expression of your own values will get you fired. This is surely a dead end job with little room for career advancement; if any. I can't stress how poor the training is and how management doesn't care about their employees or the customers they are contracted for.

Pros

None- the job is for people who didn’t make it past high school.

Cons

So many cons as stated by many of the reviews. First of all don’t be tricked by the fast hire- that initially drew me in. After the 2 weeks training what bonds people together was realizing how much of a whack job is done by the team leaders some of the senior representatives and unnamed upper management that we only hear about. The fast hire is for fast turn over rates- and every month got worse and worse. During the busiest times which is the holidays thanksgiving and other promotional dates you are expected to handle back to back calls without rest- as mentioned they put their “pets” on emails who are known to either slack off the time they make or suck up to the leadership so badly you would think they are really lemons. On top of the favoritism there were some “pet” employees who would stand there for hours talking to the leadership while others are taking back to back calls and emails- this was their idea of “work”. One girl in my department got away with clocking in late for close to a year and this was brought up to the HR and also the ethics line. Although we were told the ethics line is for employee use and HR was there to facility- very little if not any change. Once leadership found out you were “snitching” they found unethical reasons to micromanage and give you penalties. After a few months of hard training and coaching sessions where they criticize your every call or email- they claim upper management told them to change such and such. They make these changes with short notice expecting you to follow. The team leaders have such a bad attitude in my department if you come to their desk they will treat you like a subordinate. Like someone mentioned they are sometimes caught texting or on their phones yet reprimand everyone on what they wear. I don’t know who said this company has free wear but it’s the most strict with company dress code- wearing anything other than their set list of clothing shoes and no hats sunglasses etc- you will get points. During the holidays people were promised more hours instead they cut everyone’s hours. Our department went millions of increase because of our team- they benefited by expanding and then they cut our department hours. Meaning that we had to suffer for their success. Also if you want a raise or salary based job? Look elsewhere. No raise or salary here. You are expected to work odd hours like 5-1:30 or 12-8pm and you basically don’t have a life if they put you more than 30 hours a week. You never know your schedule until a week before and can’t change it until 2 weeks later. Avoid this place.
