Nice entry level job Has benefits Some room for promotion

Cons

Strong favouritism almost always directed at bad employees Employees are strongly encouraged to tattle on each other Terrible parking (cannot stress this enough) Disorganized leadership Rules are based on customer teams so they are very inconsistent. Lot of dead end jobs that once obtained will no longer have room for promotion. Surrounded by people with no desire to better themselves or their lives.

I expected going into this job to be working towards creating content on Social Media, I was misled on what the job would entail. Social Media Specialist is a kind way of saying customer service on Facebook. You respond to complaints all day and you do not get to use much, if any, creativity. If you need a job for money, this job is for you but if you are looking for a career I would not recommend Alta. Also, if you are a hard worker you aren't rewarded very much. If you slack in your work, nothing happens to you and you are still paid the same as everyone else even for doing significantly less work.
