      Pros

      Family like environment. Work is a positive place and fun to go to. I worked at the corporate office but the clinic moral seemed to be great

      Cons

      To much upper management and executive control. All other employees voice don't matter much. Really fast growing organization and to much work and not enough qualified people to execute.

      Competitive salary to start out with. Relatively ease of moving up Small company that you get to know people Loan repayment option More holidays than other private companies

      Cons

      Low salary increase annually High turnover rate High leadership turnover Benefits avg at best compare to other companies Long hours Sketchy locations Over promise under deliver by management Lots of unqualified people in management Lots of unqualified personnel that should of been let go but still manages to keep their jobs.
