Supportive team members within your discipline, and good benefits

Cons

Poor Pay, poor management and heavy caseload. management only cares about withholding number of patients and not input of team to offer disenrollment to clients. Complaints and miscommunication between company and clients are always pushed to SW although not described as part of job responsibility. Workflow of procedures amongst members of disciplinary team are not carried out appropriately.

Good benefits, good amount of time off.

Cons

The nepotism is out of the roof. Management is horrible and so is HR. A company that has an overall good mission, but I don’t know how true they are to it anymore.
