Pay is good, but be prepared to sell

Pros

- People are nice to work with - 50% off anything you can wear employee discount! - Pay is better than many other retail stores

Cons

- With higher pay comes more expectations for performance on sales. Lots of pressure there, and sometimes management can be a source of headache. It's very much a high performance and competitive environment. This could lead to a better experience for guests, however, as an employee, if you're looking for a laid back summer job, this isn't the place.

Really everything. They pay you a lot so they can work you to death, corporate culture is very condescending. No one recognizes hard work.
