Because of its growth, company will allow career opportunities for those who are willing to put the efforts in. Management can recognize skilled staff and promote them to position that fits their abilities.

Cons

Entry level positions may be stressful under certain functional areas/supervisors. Very KPI oriented... being swarmed by numbers may loose your focus on the real problems.
