The Company's values touch each employee. The recruiters are the best, because they are always succeeding in choosing the right people for the right places.

Cons

The salaries are very low. There is a high turnover. Employees are not recognised and rewarded for their extra efforts and commitment.

-Good management overall -Small benefits (ex: free breakfast once a month, etc) which makes for a nice environment -Listens to employees

Pros

Working with great dedicated technicians, nurses and physician. Teamwork among them was great.

Cons

Manager were paid for 35hr /week but in practice they were all doing about 40 to 50 hrs. ( 5-15 hrs per week not only not paid but barely not recognized) Almost impossible to take back those lost hours. Everything falls on us (managers) Trust to be re-build. !
