-flexibility -great leadership -decent pay -fully remote

Cons

-training wasn't what I had experienced in my previous position with the company. Definitely lacking organization and additional resources for trainee -pay is ok but could be better -SEND is fairly new to the industry and is constantly changing and challenging to keep up. nothing to do with the company or leadership just more so the job

-Company tries it's best to be engaging with the employees -Excellent starting place into clinical research, you will learn EVERYTHING but that also means you will do everything HAHA -I love my coworkers they make it enjoyable -We do get free food here and there -Very willing to be flexible with your schedule

Cons

-Pay is very low -Sometimes will be super busy and jam packed and then very very very slow -People will call out often -Gotta be able to keep up or you will drown -Wish there were more benefits -Opportunities of growth seems limited
