Another dysfunctional mid-size CRO Lot of inefficiency at every single level. No team spirit between departments and sometime within the same department Poor Management with limited scientific expertise. No leadership and resistance to chance. Implementing new things take forever for no reason. Low salary and poor advantages Professional growth is quite limited Training somehow inefficient. Lot of informations shared within the first 6 weeks but no time for assimilation. Internal processes are so complicated that working from home is barely possible
