It's an okay place to work. The people are decent and fair. The atmosphere varies greatly between the remote and on-site teams, and by location. People tend to be relaxed about their roles without a lot of visible ego.

Cons

Communication and collaboration between sites and departments is a real challenge. Pay hasn't kept up with inflation for years. Opportunities to advance limited.

Nice coworkers, good training program, some really good managers, lots of promotion opportunity

Cons

Super strict about taking vacation (even for employees of 3+ years), mandatory overtime for some roles, lots of turnover because the company doesn't seem to care about keeping employees. Pay for starting positions is about $21/h which is not a great wage for the work/hours you are required to do + how seriously they expect you to take it
