Don’t go to screening department ever !! Very disappointing experience due to rampant favoritism, poor micromanagement ( they seem to have plenty of time to track serious people time ) added to the lack of recognition for deserving individuals. It causes toxic working environment even if coworkers are trying to be nice and supportive and trying to train you in the best way but management is not encouraging teamwork culture and are applying negative stress on the team Too much unprofessional behavior from supervisors like screaming, accusatory tones mostly towards serious people . Clear guidelines are absent, leading to inefficiency and stress. Micromanagement is excessive, useless supervisors causing delays and further stress. Overall, hostile atmosphere discouraging good people!
