      Hard Job with unrealistic standards

      Free lunch and parking, small on site gym, employee relations tries to host fun activities

      Cons

      It is already a physically and mentally demanding job, but then they add high quotas and a ton of tasks that you're not told about until after working (i.e. stocking supplies, deep lab clean, and trash removal. It is underpaid and you will be working 10+ hour days without warning. There is promise of growth and promise to transition to other departments but cross training is not provided.

      This company does not care about their employees, even after many years of service, dedication, and quality work. There is a terrible work-life balance. Employees are overworked, underpaid, under-appreciated, and made to feel guilty for taking time off.

      Im not wasting any more of my energy on this place. Just take my advice and find a different career path and stay far away from here.
