Overworked and underpayed. Constant rush reduces quality of data produced, often leading to redos of entire studies. Thus this puts more on the plates of the RAs and more rush and overwork. It creates an endless vicious cycle that plays just one part in the massive turnover rate of employees at the company. The compensation for such stress and hard work is lower than industry average and what should be payed out to hard working RAs
