Pros

Many employees are able to work from home full-time, allowing for better work/life balance. The company is constantly growing, providing opportunities for employee development. If you're not afraid to work hard and work well, you'll fit right in! Upper management communicates transparently and often; good news, bad news, and in times of uncertainty. They are able to make the tough decisions while building trust with employees.

Cons

Of course, you can find better salaries and perks elsewhere.... but is the grass always greener on the other side?

Sad Company For Both Employees and Companies

Easy to get hired (too easy honestly, anyone that applies gets hired) Experience in science Lack of oversight on hours so you can get as many as you want (whether you are working efficiently or not) Some supervisors are cool You can have a solid team, until everyone leaves, lol

Cons

I would not run a study hear as a client. They messed up an expensive study with such poor oversite and processes that were in place. Management is exclusively reactive, never proactive even when employees reach out for reasonable positive change. Training is poor, you HAVE to seek it out (even if there is little incentive to get trained on more technical procedures) Pay is poor, it's obvious that the profits in this industry and this company are high, yet no one is paid enough to reflect this Management become senior for staying at the company for only a couple years, regardless of poor performance
