Very horrible experience working here. Was completely thrown into my role with little to no training. Was told it would be better work/life balance and would often pull 10 to 12 hour days. They were VERY unorganized and HORRIBLE at communicating. They had unrealistic expectations as well as inconsistent expectations for employees. Some people on the team could leave early while others couldn’t. Some people could come in late and others couldn’t. Bottom line, once they are ready to get rid of you, they will do it very quickly without any chance to improve or any feedback during your time there. I was blindsided when they let me go and that has happened to at least four other people that I know of. You will have no social life if you work here unless you are on the plant floor. Very disappointed it ended the way it did because I was proud to work there at first and had a lot of hopes that we could get my department to a successful state but sadly I doubt that will ever happen.

Disconnect between managers and workers. Workers are considered a lower kind of person. high deductible for insurance, 6 Day weeks all the time. very litigious environment, workers suing company for minor slights by coworkers or company managers. Sometimes seems that workers are in a competition to do less than the other worker. Definitely not a team environment as management likes to claim. Extremely strict absentee policy. They penalize you even for doctors visits. 1 point out of a total of 8 for the year, speeding ticket, 1 point. late .5 points.
