Hi and thanks for taking time to share your feedback, and for the work you do to help ensure our products and solutions deliver the quality our customers need and deserve from Alteryx. I agree with you that we're laser-focused on the customer experience, and we continue to work to align our teams and approaches to deliver just that. And we are committed to continuing to focus on communication and change management as we make updates and adjustment, to include including both leaders and associates in those decision-making processes. Thanks again for your feedback and for what you do for us! David

Hi there and thanks for taking time to share your feedback. As a working parent myself, the family-friendly dimension of our workplace culture is very important to me and I'd like to connect with you to see how I might have been able to help. A few of the recent enhancements we've made to our approach to supporting work-life integration are: 1) Our recent movement to a virtual-friendly work policy unless the specific role (facilities, IT, etc.) requires on-site work. While we're looking forward to our offices reopening as soon as it's legal and practicable, our workforce is empowered to work with their people leaders to determine how, when and where their work can best be accomplished, 2) The introduction of two additional mental health floating holidays and two additional company-wide mental health holidays this year, and 3) The recent introduction of family planning benefits with Carrot, which supports families who are working to grow through either fertility support or by adoption. As I mentioned above, if you were ever to rejoin Alteryx, please reach out to me directly so that the HR team and I can help you to ensure you're getting the support you need. Thanks, David

Thanks for taking time to share your feedback, and for your contributions to the team during your time with us. I agree that our product and engineering teams are some of the best around, and their work is set up for movement to the next great level of delivery with our new Chief Product Officer whom we just welcomed last month. One of the many things I'm excited for Suresh's addition to our leadership team is his commitment to the fact that - as you mention - everything happens thanks to the efforts of the team. Wishing you all the best in the next chapter of your journey and thanks again for the feedback! David
