Hi there and thanks especially for your headline - you're right that so many in our lives are our "chosen family," including our friends and colleagues with whom we work. And one of the positive elements of the past year's "now normal" way of work has been continued focus on ensuring our associates are getting to manage their work commitments and their personal lives in the way that works best for them.
