I agree with you that our continued focus on growth means development opportunities for our associates, both within their current roles, and in future roles to come inside the company. While we continue to grow, thanks for the encouragement to continue to focus on processes and industry best practices. Our CEO has challenged each member of the leadership team to focus this year on identifying where they may be points of operational friction that can be removed through solid process re-engineering or clarifying areas of focus for each part of our business.
