Thanks for sharing your feedback and for your service to our customers and our company during your time here at Alteryx. I agree that we have some of the best co-workers in the business (across all areas of the company!) and our offices are set up for the culture of collaboration and energy. Although we've pivoted to an all-virtual environment in COVID, our leaders and associates are doing a great job of maintaining that connection across virtual platforms. Thanks also for your feedback on the Key Performance Indicators - in sales in particular, it's always a balance between staying outcome-focused and ensuring the overall process alignment and smooth team functioning. We're not perfect, and we're continuing to refine and enhance our processes as we scale. Thanks, David

Pros

Not a lot, the product was good and they have some long term customers that are fanatics and would be lost without Alteryx.

Cons

Management and culture were horrendous. I have seen some of the new hires in leadership position and I hope they are able to come in change things up. The amount of gossip and backbiting was enough to exhaust anyone that works there. HR was a big concern for everyone when I was there. The HR team should be the people you go to with trust and confidence and they were actually the facilitators of the nonsense that you would see day in and day out. They were some of the least genuine and least professional people I have ever worked with, including the Sr. Directors, Director and Sr. Managers. I hope with these changes at the top that you take strong look at those people a level or two below the C-Suite. You have some fantastic people who work there and you should feel lucky that you were as successful as you were with those people in place. Hopefully you are able to clean house and right the direction of the ship.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. As difficult as it is to read, I respect that your experience during your time with the company failed to meet your expectations. On behalf of the leadership team, please accept my apology for what sounds like it was a very uncharacteristic associate experience. While I've only been with the company a few months, the HR team are among the hardest-working colleagues I've worked with in my career; I'm sorry that you felt unsupported when it sounds like you needed us most. I'm glad that you have a positive perspective ons some of the recent leaders who have joined the company. We're focused on building on the strong foundation that the founders and so many fantastic colleagues have laid for the company over the past two decades. While the leadership team and employees of any company will evolve over time, I know I speak for my executive colleagues when I say that our commitment to being a values-based company will remain a focal point for our work. As always, and in particular in the case of constructive feedback that I believe helps companies grow, please know you are welcome to reach out to me directly via LinkedIn if you'd be willing to share additional feedback that we can incorporate for the journey ahead. Thanks, David

Pros

-Growing company, dynamic, keeps things interesting -Generous equity grants (RSU's), perks, benefits (employee health premiums paid, not dependents though) -Very successful product, not worried about future of company

Cons

-Some small, private company practices linger, hindering some more "professional" operations of more established companies -Lots of hierarchy

Thanks for taking time to share your feedback - input like yours is helping us shape our investments in terms of programs and people when it comes to continuing to help Alteryx scale! I agree that our benefits are very competitive and ensure that we're taking care of our people. I also agree with you that our products are "must have" for our customers, as they're critical to how they run their businesses and serve their customers, constituents and stakeholders. And while we've made some great strides as we've scaled the business, I agree that we still have work to do in terms of internal operations in a few key areas. Across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Strategy, Alliances, Sales and G and A, we're aligning on where to make the right investments to remove operational friction and enable our associates to do the best work of their careers in a productive and supportive environment. Thanks for what you and your team do for our company and our customers. And please keep the feedback coming! Thanks! David
