The leadership has managed to transform an industry leader into a company that will be lucky to be around in 5 years. Alteryx had everything going for them but poor leadership is taking the company into ruin

- Competitive salary - Emphasis on independence. You can push your ideas if it makes sense for the whole company. Small teams with flat structure which cooperate together on a product. - Inspiring colleagues, high code quality standards. - Fully remote or hybrid option. - Good work life balance, great benefits (snacks, extra holidays, RSUs, English lessons)

Cons

- Some parts of the product is legacy product and there is a lot of corner cases in the data connectors field. Together with unstable pipelines it can make development slow. - Remote first working (partly due to the pandemic) means that you won't meet many colleagues in person.
