Pros

Benefits, compensation, product are all great. People around you are all great.

Cons

The management has no clue what they are doing. CEO is racist. There were some racist remarks towards the only Black executive (Doniel Sutton) at Alteryx, which I assume ultimately led to her leaving the company. She seemed like the only executive who actually cared about what the employees had to say.

Lot of really talented folks in local team. Great WLB and overall culture Decent Pay and Great Benefits

Cons

Leadership in US keep on changing goals post after every quarter result. 3 rounds of layoffs already and Nobody knows who would be laid off tomorrow. Treating people as numbers.
