Pros

- You can have good wlb if you want - Fast growing market

Cons

- Not a ton of confidence in leadership or their big strategies around platform and top down sales - Collaboration across orgs can be difficult. People prefer rigid swimlanes - The organization is stuck in antiquated ways of doing things. Lots of people who have been at Alteryx for a while who don't know how things are done in other software companies

Overall good with some probably common caveats

Pros

Super smart, driven people pretty much no matter what department you're in. A culture of mentorship and "brilliant jerks not allowed". Great work-life balance. Really interesting problem space with a lot of focus on customer experience and accessibility.

Cons

Historically not great at following through on very large internal projects. Quality of life will vary pretty wildly depending on which team/project you're on. Poised to do great things, but perpetually mired in tech debt that slows everyone down which is always either deemed too risky to address or given the back seat to new feature work. Upper management churn has caused quite a bit of organizational and directional whip-sawing over the years, but that seems to be stabilizing somewhat.
