I have been working with Altimetrik for the past 7 years as a Business Operations Manager, and it has truly been a great place to work. The organization genuinely values its employees, especially women, and strongly encourages leadership development and career growth. There are several in-house training programs that help employees enhance their knowledge and stay updated with new skills and industry trends. Recently, based on the Karnataka government policy, the company also introduced one day of menstrual leave per month for female employees, which reflects their supportive and inclusive work culture. The leadership team and HR are very approachable and always encourage employees to grow and move to the next level in their careers. This is one of the key reasons why many employees choose to build a long-term career with Altimetrik. From my perspective, I have not experienced any major cons so far. Overall, Altimetrik is a great place for anyone looking to grow as a leader and achieve their career goals.
