      Pros

      The company has an employee-friendly and supportive culture for people who are willing to learn, contribute, and grow. Leaders are approachable, transparent, and maintain regular connects with employees. There is immense opportunity for innovation and AI learning through various programs, free online trainings, and hands-on labs. Employees get good visibility to leadership and clients. The company has also stood by employees during challenging times such as the pandemic and client downsizing situations. Employee policies are well defined, hybrid work is supported wherever possible, and there is a healthy startup-like culture. Certification courses fee reimbursement, referral incentives are too good. There is good focus on gender equality, regular feedback mechanisms, women empowerment initiatives, and CSR activities that actively engage employees. From my experience, employees in lower salary brackets are well taken care of, and deserving performers are recognized appropriately based on their contributions.

      1. WFH Structure ( Mostly depends on your client & Project) 2. Office space in Bangalore

      Cons

      1. Senior managements are mostly involved in corporate politics and have no focus on the technicality. Management has gotten worse over years as these people are highly non technical and insecure. They will mentally harass you, intentionally put you on bench, make it their personal agenda to torture instead of focusing on what really matters. They have zero clarity about roadmaps, no tech guidance, unrealistic expectations and always full of excuses. 2. HR team should be fired. Bunch of women gossiping all day and absolutely 0 work done. No work ethics, multiple follow ups required, communication gaps, unscheduled meetings, poor RAG. 3. On papers they are best place to work but talk to any employee and they will tell you how harassed they are. 4. No appraisal. 5. Hire & Fire 6. Worst onboarding experience.
