      Its not a company but just a consultancy.

      Cons

      1. Poor management 2. No process 3. Less/ no projects 4. Very Bad HR policies 5. Fake commitments and promises They hire you and place you at client place same as a contractual consulting firm. No respect from the hiring company they always discriminate and try to show your place and once you released from the project then all over. No guarantee of getting new project and you will be ask to leave the company. Please avoid this company if possible. Join as a last option if you don't have any opportunities.

      Dear Altimetrian, Thank you for the feedback. It is really disheartening to know that your tenure with us was not very pleasant. Just to clarify we are not a consulting firm and yes we work with the fortune 500 customers and there would be need for our employees to be deputed at customer location. Altimetrik is a place for high performers who keep upskilling and add value to the company and themselves.

      Pros

      They say product company but they do not have product apart from play ground ,which no one uses it. Only they have client PayPal ,ford etc.if u r out of project ,they simply fire.

      No proper hike,no career growth,no visibility,only money minded management.

      Salary will be paid on time

      Cons

      Even if you are talented and put in bench, the HR team will come and ask you to send an email of resignation. They don’t listen to employees. Very poor top management. It is not a best place to work for.
