No job security, it is just a body shopping company once your project is complete they will get fired you immediately. They told to new joiners it is not staffing company it is product based company it has their own products, but they all lair. Their Full and Final settlement took 2 months, if you have leave balance they told you, it will in-cash but actually they don't so don't trust on those liar. I would not recommend my friends and colleague and others for this company.

Frequent layoff is very general practise here. To hide my review, they will ask their HR's to post few more positive review. Just see their pattern by scrolling through reviews, for any true review, they will keep on posting fake reviews to hide the negative the reviews. No job security here. After completion of projects, they will say, we have lots of clients, account. They don't have projects. Their client engagement is shrinking. Clients are running away from them. In each quarter, they will keep on boasting for engaging in new clients, but ground reality, those clients never ever onboarded. Just stay away from them.
