      Remote opportunity for me since my manager was flexible Sodexo Udemy

      Cons

      No job security project is over you will be pool in talent team , there is no process to find job internally no one will help you to get the job inside. You have to ask each and every one Final you will be asked by the folks to put down paper if no project is assigned for you , they wont allow you to be in bench for more than 30 days I have family to take care so job security is worst in this company.

      1.Thumbs up to marketing team. 2.If you are looking at the very short stint & improve upon the financial aspect of your profession you may join but have clarity & wisdom about it.

      Cons

      1. Highly unprofessional senior management. 2. No culture & intend to growth. 3. Trying to lure people in through their marketing strategy. 4. Unfortunately, lacks strategy on Technology & Business. 5. Hire & Fire is the normal theme of the company since 2017. 6. This company is following the culture of infusing the fear & operate with subtlety which might wear you out. 7. Purely company has transformed into staffing company. 8. Customer engagement is so poor.
