      1. No variable pay and only fixed components 2..Very good Medical cover for employee and family 3. WFH option 4. Learning

      Cons

      1. Company depends on handful clients. Paypal and Novartis. If these are gone, company would cease to exist. 2.No bench policy. Once your project is over, you need to resign 3.No work life balance. Get ready to work on holidays and weekends without extra compensation or comp off 4. Managers follow very strict policy of mental torture and harassment

      Pros

      Good hike and everything looks good until you get released from a project.

      Cons

      I have recently come to bench and HR is after me to resign. There is no job security here & they even don't see your past performances, Not given even a single opportunity in another project & when i am going to release there was no communication by the manager as well. Please think twice to join.

      Before you join this company please go through below points 1) All reviews are fake. Every month they force employees to share screen and add positive review on glassdoor and also on other apps. 2) Hire and fire policy. They will deploy you to clients location and once project is finish they will immediately fire you. Zero job security 3) No health insurance 4) No HR management and zero work life balance Still if you want to join you can join
