      Pathetic Management Support If you are facing issue at Client They will only Focus on Money getting from Client not you or your comfort Client may ask you to do anything and Altimetrik account manager diplomatically will comply If you are able to good client who values you the. Good else avoid, don't join

      Fake ratings. An organisation to completly avoid

      Pros

      they provide good compensation. yearly hikes and treat you really well (if you are in project).

      Cons

      They have less projects. They force you to do what client asked. no professional behaviour towards people on bench. better be in project or else get screwed. completely unreliable and no job security. More of my friends are asked for forced resignation due to no projects and give reasons that will supress the employees confidence.

But we have also created an ecosystem for continuous learning and up-skilling for all employees so they can get into projects quickly. They have free access to learning platforms like Udemy and can work with Engineering Leaders on a career architecture.
