      Pros

      Compensation better than large service indian companies. No variable pay.

      Cons

      No career growth, only management's close ones gets good compensation every year, they only get timely promotions. They will use you and throw you without any hesitation. Don't get fooled by fake or paid positive reviews Attrition rate is very high not good for long term No onsite only manager dear ones will get the opportunity It's a body shopping company they recurit and deploy in client location and get the billing. You need to only contact manager to timesheet and leave approval

      I don't recommend anyone to join this organisation

      Cons

      HR team is worst and they don't have sense how to talk with candidates. There are too many rounds of interviews .they say you got selected. and they don't release offer. My conclusion is "attending interview is complete waste of time"
