      Good work done around work from home support and corona kavach

      Cons

      People mangers will do cheap politics for their survival, portray your false picture in front of higher management and take the entire credit of your work themself even if they dont deserve it and hide many things from higher management which they are supposed to be transparent with.

      Over last 2 year have not seen positive side

      Cons

      Hire people with zero planning. Once employee join, person need to prepare well to clear client interview. Very less project at altimetrik side. 1) No career growth 2) No appreciation 3) None of manager respect technical skill

      Bad management, worst people managers especially in data team. No work life balance. You have loose your individuality,dignity and self respect to work here.
