      Pros

      1. Altimetrik has grown exponentially in the last 4 years since its inception . 2. There was clear openness in terms of opportunity to convey our thoughts and the hierarchical structure makes it easy for us to do that. 3. Most importantly, the leaders were ambitious, adaptive and passionate. 4. nice work-life balance 5. time flexibility 6. Good pay out

      Cons

      all the above Pros are converted to Cons when new management team take over, all the leaders who shed their blood for the organisation, are sent ruthlessly. If you are still in the organization, that means either you are in billing or you are buttering guy.

      Pros

      Type of question asked in interview was vary good, i thought they have talented people working with them. but that was a trap.

      Cons

      They show that they are very big, they have big plans for the company, always talks in big numbers. Shown me the office and every think to prove they are good, asked me for lunch juices everything. But companies are good due to people not because of building and infrastructure and facilities. So many HR people, all call one by one to convince and show big picture, Even I stay for few day and left after joining, IT people are greedy but not fool. Best place to work certificate displayed at receptions and a big screen which display all photos, do not get trapped. every single day was pain to stay there.

      Good company to work till you are in project

      Pros

      Salary as per market standard. No minimum working hours while you are in bench

      Cons

      Asked me to leave company after my project was over. It's like a consultancy company asking employees to relocate to client location(maybe to another part of country as per client) No job guarantee while you are out of project Will ask you to leave after project get over No proper projects to learn new technologies No skill mapping. Any one is assigned to any kind of projects They lost many big clients in last 1 year
