      Incentives only.Now they have come up with more strict rules to stop it slowly.Nothing motivating other than that.

      Cons

      Real consultancy work, you can hear daily from managers when ever thy see you asking Always numbers,Joiners ,ROI and make u feel that u are a burden to company and will spoil your day.Doesn't makes you motivating. I don't mind to work but if the requirements are true and managerabhave interest in closing it.Here it will be like recruiters are hiring for there own company Need to facitate with all comfort for manager and panels.from food tea snacks too pathetic. Also get the blame for all sort of nonsense from heat Manager of TA.

      Good Ambience, Good infrastructure, Fantastic Managers (few). Posses Top Notch branded clients . Superb Team (only few ).Hard working friendly support teams who are like engines who are reachable any time for any help ( Admin , Recruitment teams )

      Iam with Altimetrik for 2 years , i have observed and have a very good knowledge on each and every time. Basically Altimetrik was a good company till year ago.A healthy company with great managers and passonate team with which you will love working and never have thought of leaving it.It was like family. Now it is now it is not like that.In terms of experimenting and greediness lots of new managers on board wantet to try out different things at the cost of company have brought lots of changes and which has disappointed lots of teams and managers too and in turn left the company bcoZ of politics and which has cost the company bad.

      - Above average Salaries. - Better leave policy.

      Cons

      - Once you join HRs will trick you join some project which is not relevant to your profile. - You can end up doing manual testing after 8 years of experience in development. - Once you join a client project there is no way back and you can not put your opinions. - No HR will come to ask you anything about your needs. They hire HRs only for hiring purpose.
