      Great opportunities , Best clients to work with and employee centric. 1. As mentioned the company and its policy is much around the employee ( flexible timings , good place to work at , supportive HR policy and with some Brilliant Leadership team. 2.Opportunity to work with latest technology 3. platform to show up your innovative skills with different platforms one of the unique i must say 4. Its not just work . It is Fun at work both at office and out of office with HR organising events and shows.

      Pros

      1) Has good clients to work with - PayPal and Ford in Chennai and more coming in. 2) Work life balance is good 3) Growing company.

      Cons

      1) No transport when working in Altimetrik premises in Ascendas. If working from client location (PayPal) alone, the transport can be availed. Ford Does not provide transport options. Not sure on the other clients available in chennai. 2) No procedural appraisal and rating communications. 3) Hike is not that good. 4) was able to available WFH in PayPal, but guess not allowed when working in Altimetrik premises.
