It's a Staffing company not a product or service based. Don't waste your time by joining this stupid company.

Good Salary. Good co-workers because they come from bigger companies. Can't complain about work because there is no work done here.
Cons
HRs will brainwash you to join by calling multiple times. Don't go by their word or else you will suffer in future. Most of the postive reviews in Glassdoor are by HR people. I wasted 3 years of my career. Cons: 1. No future here. This company is going to shutdown in 3-4 years. 2. Managers don't come from IT background so they have no idea about managing projects and people. No Hr policies on paper. No intranet for reference of anything. 3. Literally countable clients. And not many projects in them. 4. They say they are employee friendly company but their HR policies are very bad. They will pay only if you work on any billable project or else they will ask you to go out. 5. They say they are product based and Solution company but where as they are body shopping company they will ask people to go to client location attend interviews and work in client location. Take my word this is 100 percent true for most of the employees. 6. Most people will leave within a year because of managers and HR s behavior. 7. No in house projects. 8 They are trying to sell the company to big staffing agency. 9. Don't get mislead by Altimetrik eye catching offices (like Google) , it's all for showing purpose to fool people who come for interview and join them later.
