      1. Altimetrik has grown exponentially in the last 4 years since its inception and the growth is a testimony to the kind of culture and scope available for us as employees to latch on to. 2. There is clear openness in terms of opportunity to convey our thoughts and the hierarchical structure makes it easy for us to do that. 3. Most importantly, the leaders are ambitious, adaptive and passionate. They have created an ecosystem through which those qualities get translated easily to every individual out here. 4. Creativity is encouraged to the core and it is one of the very few organizations that is extremely people-friendly. 5. Great paymasters 6. All-in-all, the go-to workplace for growing professionals

      Not much can be pointed as Cons here. However, along with a 5-year-old organization comes a few challenges that can be looked at as an opportunity or as a threat. It lies in the eyes of a beholder.

      - Compenstion - or so it may seem

      Cons

      - Spine less management. There is not one inspiring techie at the top who can guide the organization - Few hard-working employees are the pillars around which there is lot of crap - Revenue dependent on few clients - No technically challenging work in-house - Most of the in-house products/projects are in terrible shape with no vision - With new H1B norms, the worries and pain are only beginning! - No room for innovation - headcount to be deployed to client location is all that matters
