      Pros

      Healthy, competitive environment backed by right set of technologies and people level policies. Company has a clear vision of what works best for the people and for the business. My experience over the last 6 months has been pleasant with opportunities provided for learning and self-tuning, to become a better processional. You will see challenging yourself to be out of the comfort zone for good. Of all the positives, the People experience a.k.a the HR team and policies clearly stands out as one of the best in the industry.

      1. Great Atmosphere to work. 2. Amazing Talent to learn from 3. Flexible and employee Friendly policies 4. You can provide your inputs to all stakeholders at any given time(Very Approachable) 5.Good Pay Master 6. Flexibility at work.(My manager does allow me option to work from home,al Managers can unless you are in client project) 7.Visibility for your work.
