Before joining this organization I had gone through reviews here in Glassdoor and was disappointed by the comments. But still I chose to plunge into and try my luck. I joined here as a fresher and I feel happy taking the decision of joining here. Altimetrik trains there freshers in a different way unlike other big organizations. The process isnt that old pen and paper based training rather the freshers are given live projects in which they can entirely showcase their ideas along with their learnings. About the environment, it is an awesome place to work among such good colleagues. The flexibility of time is another good factor. People are really enthusiastic here. A great place to learn is all I can say
