And off course the growing companies will have few Cons.
1) Enterprise Business is not in a good stage. I will say its due to the previous company where the Altimetrik is brought from. They have taken few good employees. And after that Altimetrik is not able to stabilize with its mid level consultants who worked for the last company.
2) Many good consultants left the company due to the uncertainty in the ERP team. So, in that stage company have recruited lot of fake consultants. Now, that is affecting the companies quality.
3) The HR people in ERP will talks good when you want to be work in client location. They wont be smooth when you are leaving the company.
4) The mid level management people have to be replaced.
5) Few fake consultants are destroying the quality.
6) There is no In-house project. Most of the projects are in client place. (Eg: Noida). So, consultants have to relocate every time for the new projects.
7) If the company is not getting enough projects, they will be fired with 2 months salary.
8) Freshers will not be moved to contract or permanent even after 1 year of DOJ. This is due to in sufficient projects. Their wont be salary slip or even experience letter during this 1 year.
9) The policies and Allowances are differ on team. If we are working for a high profitable project then they will be paid more. This discrimination should be avoided. Because all are working for the same company. Please, fellow same policies for all.
