Pros

Altimetrik is a medium size company but it is having very experienced future focused high level management. The company is very much future focused. The higher management is always trying to get the company to next level. Its a good company for freshers. Salary wise mid level consultants will be paid as per market. And Sales guys will earn more then market because its based on sales share. The company will provide lot of trainings which will be helpful for consultants to learn lot of new modules. Lot of celebrations will be there. (eg: Brithday, Diwali, New year etc...) Altimetrik is spending lot of money for business transformations, Innovations and being different from competitors. For the past 2 years the company is trying transformed into next level. Looking positive is one of the best pros I am seeing.

Cons

And off course the growing companies will have few Cons. 1) Enterprise Business is not in a good stage. I will say its due to the previous company where the Altimetrik is brought from. They have taken few good employees. And after that Altimetrik is not able to stabilize with its mid level consultants who worked for the last company. 2) Many good consultants left the company due to the uncertainty in the ERP team. So, in that stage company have recruited lot of fake consultants. Now, that is affecting the companies quality. 3) The HR people in ERP will talks good when you want to be work in client location. They wont be smooth when you are leaving the company. 4) The mid level management people have to be replaced. 5) Few fake consultants are destroying the quality. 6) There is no In-house project. Most of the projects are in client place. (Eg: Noida). So, consultants have to relocate every time for the new projects. 7) If the company is not getting enough projects, they will be fired with 2 months salary. 8) Freshers will not be moved to contract or permanent even after 1 year of DOJ. This is due to in sufficient projects. Their wont be salary slip or even experience letter during this 1 year. 9) The policies and Allowances are differ on team. If we are working for a high profitable project then they will be paid more. This discrimination should be avoided. Because all are working for the same company. Please, fellow same policies for all.

The renewed focus has allowed us to make in-roads with some of the tenured clients to strategically move our offerings up the value chain As you rightly say, some of these efforts do not reach employees. We have started institutionalizing some monthly employee engagement. The Business Leader hosted the first webcast in Nov 2015. The participation was good and it was good to listen in to your questions Continue to provide constructive feedback and be the ambassador to make this reach everyone in the department/organization

1.Every thing,people,top management,HR 2.Nothing is working just show off 3.No respect from customer 4.Body shoppping only ........ 5.No trust 6.No sales team 7.All fake coverup and speach from top managment
