      1.Transparent Policy 2. Salary Paid On time 3. Flexible Work Timings.

      1. No Offshore Support (Practically Nil) 2. Need to relocate to different Project sites frequently. (May be Suitable for Bachelor) 3. Not Compensated well for Accommodation while on Project travel.
