      A year and a half... and so much learning! :)

      Pros

      1. A well organised young Company that competes with the front runners in the IT industry 2. Abundant scope to learn 3. Right recognition of talent 4. Flabbergasted at the way in which top management gels with you in day to day work 5. Scalar principle is rightly followed. Nevertheless there is so much ease to reach out to the top management 6. All senior members in the organisation are very much committed to work with you as a team 7. One word I can think of when I see Altimetrik - GROWTH!

      Hopeless people managers and zero growth

      Pros

      Good clients and technologies to work.

      Cons

      People management are worst. here are few management practices: No proper manager in my team, but one of our peer is nominated as SPOC for team(who is most corrupt in team). Interesting part is how they choose such lead/manager/spoc. they call whole team and propose that we need to one of you as the SPOC, irrespective to experience and seniority one person raise his hand first and decided to be the SPOC and given all the power of manager. later he control everything like who should be spot award, who will do which task, and enjoyed the freedom. At present perception of every person in team is that No one want to take big and challenging work, instead of actual work they polish their reports and try to show off as maximum as possible.

      Worst company I have ever worked for

      Pros

      CEO and President of India operations, both are the only plus point of this company. No other pros. They will pay you good salary because they are not able to get good candidates because of bad reviews and no brand name.

      Cons

      They do not have their work of their own, just a typical service based company. If you are looking for a vision to work in a company for 2+ years, never join this. It is good for staying for 1 year, increase your current package and then switch to a big company. You will always feel at risk here, nobody can answer what's next question here.

In a company that is growing at an excess of 60% year-on-year, re-investing a big chunk of its profits into creating IP including patents, there is no question of “what next”. We generate a good portion of our revenue from our IPs and solutions and on cutting-edge technologies including IoT and are far from being a regular services company.
