      The processes are not in place for anything . From joining to separation everything is a mess .

      Compensation is somewhat good in this company

      Cons

      Nothing to Say. We cannot work in our technology. While hiring they use to tell that we are going to work in our technology. But once u join you will be surprised with the work which is entirely not related to your technology

      A good place to learn for freshers!

      1) Minimal bureaucracy. 2) Good opportunities to enhance learning 3) Top Leaders are easily accessible 4) Pay is in accordance to market standards 5) Tech guys are highly competent and set standards for others to match or exceed 6) Good Work-Life Balance and opportunity for personal growth

      1) Not enough employee engagement activities 2) Lac of connectivity among employee's from different teams/dept's
