Pros
I joined Altimetrik as a Senior Technical Architect. I have been able to meet all senior leaders of the company including the CEO of Altimetrik and work with them on a daily basis. I have been given all kinds of challenging tasks since joining. I have met the senior leaders of Customers of Altimetrik (Senior Product Director of one the Strategic Accounts, and Global Java CoE Head of another strategic account, etc.) and I presented my expertize areas to them and able to convince them. Company senior leaders empowered me just to be myself and present my expertise to the customers and wow them. Company is able to trust me and open many more doors for me.
One can talk to the Vice President of the Company and share his/her concerns. He (VP) would in turn talk to the respective teams and address the issues immediately. If any employee falls sick, he requests his Admin team to talk to the employee, go to their home and provide necessary support. This just never happens in any organization, unless the right leadership is present there.
While I write the above, the expectations from the Senior Leadership Team is extremely high. Only highly-skilled and highly-capable people can achieve what they expect. I am very much OK to this as Altimetrik values the employees as their greatest assets and Altimetrik also expects their assets to be highly skillful and capable of meeting the challenges of their customers. Hence paramount importance is given to capabilities and skills while hiring. Also utmost importance is being given to attitude while hiring as the company understands that people with right attitude take the company to the next levels.
GROWTH:
Altimetrik has on-boarded top notch Business, Sales & Technology Experts and they are all on the road to meet several clients even during the holiday seasons… We have added around 7 logos in the last 6-8 weeks. We recently had our All Altimetrik Employee Meeting addressed by our CEO Raj Vattikutti and I could sense the Great Vision that he has for Altiemtrik and his Employees.
Pipeline is Very Strong and hence the Targets for the next year are obviously very high… So, looking forward to a Strong Growth…
Due to the aggressive growth of the company, the work-life balance of all critical employees are affected however, I am able to understand the pressure as I come with several years of IT experience and has seen the ups and downs of this industry. At the same time, I did raise this issue with the VP and upon hearing me, he advised me to onboard my second lines immediately and approved the budget also instantly. Cons
Like any other company in the world, Altimetrik also has few areas of improvements. The Senior Leadership team is well aware of this and they are working on them. Moreover, every employee is most welcome to share their ideas to either address the issues or to enhance the current level of employee services offered by the company and the People Experience team is quite open to receive them. I had already shared several ideas and the People Experience Team has taken them with right spirit.
